Decorating parties are not that different than decorating your home.
I'm not sure there are any courses on how to decorate for a party, but my site is dedicated to helping everyone host a successful party and decorating is part of that.
By the picture, it looks like you really know what you are doing. It helps to just do it. The more you do it, the better you get.
The way that I plan my decorating is to think about how it would feel if you were really in the situation. Like a jungle theme. How does the jungle feel. It's green, with lots of plants and animals. I always add in candles or twinkle lights for drama.
Once you start training your mind to think up great party decor, it gets easier and easier.
