Recipes For Healthy Party Desserts
Desserts are not a bad thing. You can make them in healthy ways. Don't believe me?
I've got a few recipes for healthy party desserts for you to choose from.

Yummy Carrot Cake Recipe
Here's one of my favorite carrot cake recipes.
2 c. white unbleached flour
2 c. rapadura sugar(look at health food store)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. olive oil
4 eggs
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil, and eggs. Beat with mixer until combined.
Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Frosting
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese(softened)
1/2 c. butter(softened)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c. raw unheated honey
Healthy Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
Vanilla Ice Cream4 eggs
2 c. maple syrup or raw honey
2 tbsp vanilla
6 c. milk
4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Beat together and put in ice cream maker.
Berry Ice Cream
Mix in 2 c. fresh berries before freezing.
Raspberry Tart Recipe
Pie crust baked in tart pan
2 cups raspberry jam
fresh raspberries
whipped cream
Spread jam in tart, cover with fresh raspberries. Top with fresh whipped cream.
Misc. Dessert Recipes
Yummy Balls1/2 c. natural peanut butter
2c. unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp orange juice
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. raisins
Combine and roll into 1 in. balls and press like a patty. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Apple Crunch
4-5 peeled and chopped apples
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. soft butter
Mix apples raisins, cinnamon, salt, and water and place in baking dish.
Mix rest of ingredients and arrange on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Serve hot with ice cream.
Easy Fudge
1 c. soft butter
1 c. raw honey
1 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
salt to taste
Mix together in a food processor and place in a buttered dish. Refrigerate for about 2 hours and cut into squares.

Granola
Layer in a clear dish or cup. This is the easiest recipe and it is so tasty.
