Hotel Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party~

Question...

I'm about to turn sixteen and my grandmother said that i can throw a hotel party for my sweet sixteen but i dont want to like over due it. do you have any tips on a cheap but fun and can keep my friends occupied for a long period of time party. (most of my friends dont like having spa type partys) so thats out of the question.

Hi Sarah,

First of all congratulations on turning 16! It sounds like you have a fun birthday planned. If you are staying in a hotel, then there is sure to be a pool. This will be fun as well as the hot tub and work out room. Gather some pool games for the girls to play. Water basketball, water volley ball, ect. Set up a table with fun finger foods and drinks. Once all the girls are done with the pool you can go back to the room for pizza and a movie. Make a game out of the movie. See who can answer the most trivia questions at the end.

Or play games like Truth or Dare, Mad Libs, or any other fun party games.

Other activities you could do would include a treasure hunt or a scavenger hunt. Just talk to the managers first and clear it with them. And make sure everyone is quite and doesn't disturb the other guests. This could take up a lot of time.

Do your girlfriends like to do crafts? You could have a crafting night with all sorts of neat crafts for the girls to do.
