Modern Birthday Card

This modern birthday card is really easy to make, yet it is so chic.

I chose modern colors for this card, but you could change the paper and ribbon to end up with a whole new look.

It would also be great for any party invitation.

Just add your own birthday verse inside, make your homemade envelope, and you're all set.

Supplies Needed for Homemade Birthday Card

• Scrapbook paper with pink, brown, green, and blue dots
• Sheer green ribbon
• Regular scissors
• Hole punch
• Ruler
• Pencil

Instructions for Making Modern Card

1. Measure out a 6 inch square on the back of your printed paper.
2. Measure 3 inches from the middle of each side.
3. Draw a half circle from one corner up to the 3 inch mark and back down to the other corner.
4. Cut out your card.
5. Fold the top and the bottom in.
6. Punch a whole on each side of the sides.
7. Write your birthday verse inside.
8. Run the ribbon through the holes and tie in a bow.
9. Cut the ends of the ribbon in a dove tail.
