Pocketbook Flower Centerpiece~

Question...

I'm throwing my sister's bridal shower. She is a huge pocketbook freak. I would like to do something with pocketbooks as a center piece. Would u be able to make a pocketbook out of flowers. Thanks for your time.

Hi Deanna,

I would be happy to tell you how to make a Pocketbook Flower Centerpiece. If you were local I would be glad to make it for you, but I'm not sure it's something that would ship well.

There are several ideas. A simple and easy idea would be to place a purse on your table and add a vase of flowers down in it. You could also add a bouquet of balloons instead of the flowers. Just make sure the purse is a free standing one.

You can also purchase large blocks of florist foam, carve out the shape of a purse and cover it in fresh flowers or silk. Add a touch of hot glue to the back of the flowers so they will stay. Add ribbon to the handle of the pocketbook.
