Sweet Sixteen Theme Masquerade~

My daughter already has her dress. It's fuchsia and purple with silver rhinestones on top. What colors should I use in the venue? I want to use drapes from the ceiling but I'm not sure on what colors to go with for the decorations, table cloths, and chairs. It's going to be July.
