Teenage Birthday Party Games And Activities
Teenage Birthday Party Games should be simple yet fun. Teens do like to mingle, eat, and talk at teen birthday parties, but I would have a collection of games ready for those times that things kind of lull.
Dancing is fun at teen parties, but even that can get a little boring. You need a few tried and true teen approved games to get through the party without everyone being bored.
Touch And Feel Spoons
Blind fold the first player. Give him/her two wooden spoons. He/she must feel the other players with the two spoons and guess who each person is. Remind everyone of "off-limit" areas.
Create A Masterpiece
Set up an easel and a large white paint canvas. Place it to where the teens can't see the front. Let the teens draw a number out of a basket. The birthday girl/boy will go last, so she/he doesn't draw a number. Number one must go to the canvas and she/he has 20 seconds to paint to her heart's desire. She must return to her/his seat and number two goes up to the canvas. She must paint for 20 seconds and it goes on until the birthday girl/boy gets her/his chance. When she/he is finished with her/his paint time, she/he shows everyone the painting. You can also use markers. It is a fun game that everyone can do.

Telephone
What do teen girls love to do? Talk! So this is a fun game for any teen girl party. Set the girls in a circle. The birthday girl whispers something to the girl next to her. That girl whispers to the next girl the same thing. It goes all the way around the circle until it reaches the last girl. She must say out loud what she heard the girl say to her. It's never the same as when it started, so the girls will really get a kick out of it. Guaranteed giggles all around.
Crazy Wrap
Wrap a gift a bunch of times. Use duck tape to make it more difficult to open. Sit everyone in a circle and start some music. As long as the music is playing, the gift must pass from player to player. When the music stops, the person holding it must start unwrapping. When the music starts again, it must be passed. The winner is the player who can get the gift all the way unwrapped.

Card Tower
Split up into teams and see who can build the biggest tower out of playing cards.
Balloon War
Blow up 2 different colors of balloons. You'll need a bunch of them. Maybe 20 or so. Divide the players into two teams. Put one team on one side of the room with all of their balloons. The object of the game is to see how many balloons you can get in a time limit. It's not easy to protect your balloons and try and get the other teams balloons at the same time.

Carnival Games
Have a Carnival set up on your block, back yard, or basement. Fun games like hoop toss, ring the bottle, football toss, coin toss, baseball throw, water pistol shootout, ect. You can rope off a section and have the Carnival set up in the street. Hire clowns and magicians.
Board Games
There are plenty of party board games that will keep everyone in stitches all night long. Scene It, Cranium, Catch Phrase, Taboo, ect.

Name That Tune
Have a collection of favorite songs that your friends just love and see who can guess the most. Play a small amount of the song and let the guessing begin.
Large Inflatables
Rent a large inflatable or two. Sumo rings are a blast. Moon walks, bouncy houses, ect. These are great fun for anyone, no matter the age.

Balloon Stomp
This is a favorite with any age. It's real easy to play and the teens will love it. Blow up enough balloons so that every player has one balloon.
Tie the balloons onto the ankles of the players with string or yarn. You can make it a little more difficult and tie a balloon onto each ankle. The object of the game is to bust everyone elses balloon while keeping your
balloon intact. The last player with his/her balloon intact is the winner.
Races
Races are a great teen birthday party game idea. There's the 3 legged race, the wheelbarrow race, ect.

No-Mirror Makeover
This is great for a girl teen party, but would be hilarious to make the guys do as well. Split everyone up into teams of two. One girl must do a makeover on herself without a mirror and the other girl can guide her with words only. It's really funny. Give prizes to the best, worst, ect.
Toilet Paper Outfit
You'll need to split into teams of about 4 people. Give the teams the same amount of tools to work with. Toilet paper, tissue paper, tape, safety pins, ect. Each team must design an outfit with the materials you gave them. One of the players needs to be the model that they all work on. Give a time limit and see who can design the best outfit and then have a fashion show to show them off.
Spin The Bottle
Everyone sits in a circle. Place a bottle in the middle of the circle. Spin the bottle. The person it is pointing to when it stops had to tell a secret or do a dare. You can also play it to where the person that spins the bottle has to kiss the player it lands on. Be sure and know who you are playing with as this can really embarrass some teens.
